Had a great experience with my rep, Javier! First of all, I got stuck in traffic and was 30 minutes late getting home. No problem, he waited and was ready to go when I got home. He was professional, explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I opted for the air duct and dryer vent cleaning because my wife kept nagging me about how the lint in the dryer could burn the house down. It took a little over three hours because he was so thorough. He saved two of the three eggs that was in the dryer vent return, I relocated them, but discovered that some predator must have gotten them.
I’m completely satisfied and now I know my dryer will not stop after five minutes.

Job well done. Javier was very kind. He was thorough. I was nervous about hiring anybody, but the reviews for this company were fantastic. Especially for Javier. He didn't disappoint. I will use them again in 5 years. He went above and beyond.

We were very pleased with our service. Great communication and service. Luis Chavez was our technician and he did an amazing job. He was very respectful of our house and cleaning up afterwards.

We had our ducts cleaned today and let me tell you Bryon is amazing. He took his time and everything turned out amazing. I could not recommend them enough. I even posted on my local towns page how amazing of a job was done. Highly recommend them!!!!

As a home owner it is hard to find service technicians who are professional and reliable. These guys went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They only gave me a good price but also followed up and made sure to address my concerns. This was very surprising to me after dealing with a few unreliable service professionals int he past. Would not only use them all the time for this service but if i need anything else would ask them for recommendations if they don't provide the service themselves. Would highly recommend, you won't regret as long as they keep up their level of service.

Your guy knocked my washing machine's drain hose loose when he worked on my dryer and it got water everywhere...

Update: they contacted me and gave me a full refund. The tech admitted he knocked off the drain hose and thought he placed it back on properly. I appreciate them making an effort to make this right

Thank you Jhordan, for a job well done. We contacted 4 companies online for estimates. Two responded, we chose to go with Lowe’s Air Duct due to their customer service and explanation of what they would do for us. We had our 24’ dryer vent cleaned out and whole house duct work cleaned.

Very impressed with the recent Dryer duct cleaning we had done. Called a couple other companies initially and they wouldn't do it because the dryer duct was too high. Oswaldo came out and was very professional and personable. He showed me before and after picture of the work. Would highly recommend Lowes Air Duct cleaning for any work. I will use them again for sure.

Julio and Martin were great!!! They were extremely professional and performed a very thorough job. After the job was complete, they vacuumed and cleaned the work areas and carefully packed up their equipment prior to leaving. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking air duct cleaning services. Extremely satisfied with their work!
