We had a great experience having our rowhome air and dryer ducts cleaned by Lowe's. They gave an upfront reasonable price and came on the scheduled date and time. They called when they were 30 minutes from arrival as well. The employee worked diligently for several hours, was courteous and explained what he was doing.I was glad to see that they protect their employees' hearing with noise-cancelling ear buds, since the vacuuming is a noisy process. We got an email receipt sent as soon as the job was done.

Very impressed with the recent Dryer duct cleaning we had done. Called a couple other companies initially and they wouldn't do it because the dryer duct was too high. Oswaldo came out and was very professional and personable. He showed me before and after picture of the work. Would highly recommend Lowes Air Duct cleaning for any work. I will use them again for sure.

As a home owner it is hard to find service technicians who are professional and reliable. These guys went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They only gave me a good price but also followed up and made sure to address my concerns. This was very surprising to me after dealing with a few unreliable service professionals int he past. Would not only use them all the time for this service but if i need anything else would ask them for recommendations if they don't provide the service themselves. Would highly recommend, you won't regret as long as they keep up their level of service.

Ernesto came over today and was such a nice guy to work with. We were excited to have him meet our cat, who is also named Ernesto!

Human Ernesto had to clean out debris from our ducts, which our house has 6 cats, so you can imagine what has built up over time. He did an excellent job getting them clean, was very courteous, and handled our home with care. I will definitely be calling them back next time we’re due for a cleaning.

Byron was the tech for our duct cleaning. He did a fantastic job. The before and after photos were great to see what was done. He was very thorough and he cleaned up after himself along the way. You'd never know he was here. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Very quick response from company to set up appointment as well. Great service from everyone involved.

The crew at Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning was professional, respectful, personable, and experts. The scheduling was simple and well communicated. The crew that came out day of communicated their arrival, showed up and were friendly/interactive. They completed the work thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves. Lowe’s duct cleaning is amazing. Our house was getting sick from allergies way too often then we wanted and a couple of our friends recommended them! I called and they were able to get me in within a week! Their all inclusive price is also very reasonable! We can already feel a difference in our home with 3 dogs!

Technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was on time. We first went through the house to point out all the vents. He said it would take him 2 to 3 hours. He took several before and after pictures and texted them to me at the end of the job. He was very professional and used quality tools to get the job done. Overall I would use Lowe’s air duct cleaning.

Lowe's Duct cleaning is great. Byron was nice, polite and respectful of the property. He explained everything he was doing. The pictures were great to see the before and after. Our technician did well and really shared with us the benefits of cleaning not only our ducts, but also our dryer and HVAC system. Good professionalism. I will say that the $399 for everything was not quite accurate, so maybe be prepared to spend a bit more than that, but overall, the service was both exceptional and necessary.

Julio and Martin were great!!! They were extremely professional and performed a very thorough job. After the job was complete, they vacuumed and cleaned the work areas and carefully packed up their equipment prior to leaving. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking air duct cleaning services. Extremely satisfied with their work!
