Your employee courteous and did a good job clearing my dryer vent. He removed a piece of siding that was partially blocking the outside vent and trapping lint.

They were prompt and highly communicative about the schedule, the scope of services performed, issues along the way, and providing an in-depth review of the before and after results. It has made a tangible difference in my home's air quality.

If you are considering getting your ducts cleaned, you cannot go wrong with this company. I recently moved into a home where the previous owner smoked and it had never been done so we reached out to several places but the reviews of Lowe’s made me want to work with them. They were prompt, courteous, and communicative. I had the pleasure of working with Byron, who was the best! He was so thorough, and showed me pictures of all of his work in my house and I don’t think he stopped working once while he was here. Do yourself a favor and hire Lowe’s!

Byron was the tech for our duct cleaning. He did a fantastic job. The before and after photos were great to see what was done. He was very thorough and he cleaned up after himself along the way. You'd never know he was here. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Very quick response from company to set up appointment as well. Great service from everyone involved.

We had service through our AC company and they had created a huge clog in a 90 degree turn in the dryer vent. The tech was able to clear all the way through with his equipment in a timely manner and did a great job.

Great service! I called Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning yesterday and was able to secure an appointment for today! Alex arrived ontime. He was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. He answered all of my questions and showed me the dust he was collecting. I learned so much. His thorough cleaning of intake/outtake ducts continued for 4 hours. I highly recommend Alex and Lowe's.

Javier was great and very helpful! He provided professional customer service and explained how everything was going to work with the cleaning and sanitization. Javier showed me how the painters stained our main ventilation system; but he was able to clean everything else with a sparkling shine. He arrived on time and the job was completed within 2hrs. Got our air ducts cleaned today and Jose did an excellent job. He was very thorough and spent well over 6 hours at our house. He cleaned up after himself and also found dead animals in the vents. I would pay for this service yearly honestly. Thank you to Lowe's and 10/10 for service and a job well done.

Great experience getting my air ducts cleaned and sealed. They achieved a 96.6% reduction in air leakage! We have much better airflow at our upstairs vents. They cleaned up perfectly and were friendly and professional throughout the service. Highly recommended.
